Remember when customer service was a given? Bekins has not forgotten and gives it at every turn. Richard in Grand Haven knows his product and without pushing, gets a customer everything needed to make an informed decision. Kyle and Justin, the delivery team, are without a doubt the most professional, courteous and knowledgeable we have ever experienced. They do it right. You might think you pay extra for that, but do some comparison shopping and you might be surprised. And when was the last time your big box store brought a rose with your delivery?

Had my matching LG dryer delivered today! The guys, Derek & Devin were AMAZING and were so respectful of our home! They literally rolled out “RED CARPET” service and did all they could to get the dryer in place. They did it despite not realizing they were here to do a removal of the old one. They were happy to do whatever it took. They left giving me a red rose and I gave them homemade fresh baked chocolate chip cookies that were baking while they were installing...I would highly recommend Bekins for appliance needs. Lou came today to repair my Wolf stove, as it was in need of a new control panel. As expected, with repeated use over the years, there was significant build up of debris under the surface panel. I asked if I might clean it before replacing the panel? The next thing I know, He’s running the vacuum & cleaning it himself. These guys are phenomenal! Just fantastic servicemen! In 15 years, I’ve never had a bad experience with any of them. Highly recommend.
