Is Bekins a luxury showroom with higher prices?
Our interactive showrooms are designed to create the best decision making experience for our customers. (And admittedly, they’re very beautiful!) While we do offer premium brands for those who want the best money can buy, we also offer everyday appliances by brands like Whirlpool, Amana and KitchenAid. Our prices are the same as the big box stores – but our service is much better.
Do you offer repair service on the appliances you sell?
Yes. Our service technicians are highly skilled professionals who receive extensive and continuing training and certification on the brands that we sell.
Where in West Michigan do you provide delivery, installation and service?
Between our Grand Haven and Grand Rapids showrooms and our Coopersville Service Center we service most of West Michigan. Call us if you have specific questions.

Bekins Price Guarantee states that if a customer has proof of an identical in-stock product (Not damaged, unboxed, or closeout) advertised lower at another local servicing retail store, Bekins will match that price. (Product only, not services)
What is the bekins warranty?
We support our manufacturers’ warranties, which vary for each brand. Additionally, the Bekins Warranty offers extended service plans to increase the protection time of your appliances, and to cover various services that may be required by our team.
Do you sell appliance parts?
Yes. We stock many commonly used appliance parts and can order almost any part for most brands and models.
