Wolf appliances make cooking easy for Saugatuck home

Wolf appliances make cooking easy

The best of past and present architectural styles combine in this welcoming, farmhouse-inspired design by Visbeen Architects, Inc. You will feel right at home with the amazing craftsmanship by True North Homes and beautiful interior designs by L. Rose Interior Design. Sub-Zero and Wolf appliances fit right in with the theme of the home as well. The M-series oven, featuring Wolf Gourmet, combines the brand’s classic look with the latest features to make cooking easy.

WOLF APPLIANCES WITH GOURMET FEATURE

This home used the custom panel feature to integrate some of the appliances with the rest of the kitchen. However, the appliances you can see offer a classic look that fit right in with the modern theme as well. In addition, the M-series wall oven offers the Gourmet feature.  A menu of almost 50 presets automatically controls the cooking, making commonly prepared meals quick and easy. Confidently cook anything from pork tenderloin to lasagna to double-crusted cherry pie. Gourmet tells you the proper rack position, sets the right cooking mode and even adjusts temperature on its own. You just sit back and wait for a perfectly prepared dish.

Interior Designer Lakesha Rose said Wolf makes it easy to cook almost restaurant quality food. Plus, she finds it fun to say your Wolf range has a powerful 20,000 btu burner.

Kitchen remodeled around Wolf and built-in Bosch appliances

BUILT-IN BOSCH APPLIANCES IN East GRAND RAPIDS

Bespoke Homes remodeled a home in Grand Rapids to make it feel like new at significantly lower costs. Utilizing the award winning and published designer, Carolle Spence from Starlite Kitchens and Bath, several layout options were presented to the new owners. The homeowners decided to lighten up the kitchen, use the latest fixture finishes and designed it around built-in Bosch appliances from Bekins.

BOSCH SIDE-SWING DOOR

Spence said the homeowners were excited about the side swing door from Bosch. The door allows the homeowners to have their wall oven at the perfect elevated height, but not have to reach over a warm door to get their food. Bosch offers both a left-swing and right-swing to fit the design of your kitchen. Bosch designs the wall oven to be installed flush with the cabinetry for a custom and built-in look.

In addition to the wall oven, you can find a Bosch microwave drawer, a Bosch custom-panel dishwasher, plus a Zephyr vent hood over a Wolf Gas Range.

High quality appliances complete Lansing home fit for a King

HIGH QUALITY APPLIANCES: SUB-ZERO, WOLF & bOSCH

When you walk into Lucky’s Place, the latest masterpiece from King Design and Build in East Lansing, it’s clear everything – from the master trim work to the flawless finishes to the high quality appliances purchased at Bekins – follows the same theme.

“Quality craftsmanship with products that perform and last a lifetime,” says Coleen King, homeowner and interior designer.

Craft builder Chris King designed and built the home, and worked with his wife Coleen to design the interior. Coleen chose stainless steel Wolf wall ovens, a Wolf stainless steel cooktop, three custom-panel Bosch dishwashers (in the kitchen, bar and butler’s pantry) and a Sub-Zero custom-panel refrigerator and freezer, which complete the elegant kitchen design featuring granite countertops and custom cabinetry.

“The custom panels make the aesthetics very cohesive, clean and seamless,” says King. “It makes such a nice impact. It really helps complete the overall design, offering years of enjoyment for the discerning homeowner.”

“We have had Sub-Zero and Wolf appliances in the past, and they have done nothing but perform,” she continues. “Nothing beats the quality of Sub-Zero and Wolf. You get what you pay for.”

HIGH QUALITY APPLIANCES – HIGH QUALITY SERVICE AT BEKINS

King Design and Build could have bought these appliances anywhere – but they sought out Bekins for the high quality service.

“We didn’t want to just work with a dealer – we wanted to partner with a company who understands high quality customer service,” King says. “Our Appliance Professional, Bill Schnug, did an outstanding job. He was professional, timely and an excellent communicator. It is such a pleasure to do business with Bekins, because they understand and execute incredible customer service.”

Integrating Appliances Seamlessly Into The Home

Custom-Panel Sub-Zero appliances

CUSTOM-PANEL SUB-ZERO APPLIANCES

Custom-panel Sub-Zero appliances give homeowners the best of both worlds. On one hand, Sub-Zero provides a high-quality refrigerator. On the other hand, the custom panel option allows it to blend in with the rest of the kitchen.

Insignia Homes integrated custom-panel Sub-Zero and Asko appliances in their new home in Grand Rapids.

Insignia worked with Francesca Owings Interior Design. Interior Designer Sarah Jenkins says she appreciates how the custom-panel Sub-Zero appliances  “seamlessly integrated into our cabinetry.” She says the appliances virtually disappeared, allowing them to highlight the surroundings of the room.

standing out – the iconic red knobs of wolf

What stands out in the kitchen is the Wolf Dual Fuel Range. This one features the iconic red knobs, but some homeowners choose the stainless steel or black knobs. The Dual Fuel range offers the precision of the gas cooking for the range top, and the even heat of electric convection in the oven.

Your food cooks better with dual fans, each with their own heating element, working in concert with two additional heating elements.

No need to constantly open the oven to check your food. The temperature probe alerts you when your dish has reached the desired temperature.

A smaller second oven in the range provides consistent heating, and is especially useful for quick preheats of smaller meals.

ENJOYING A HEALTHIER, CLEANER ICE

The home features an ice machine from Sub-Zero. The ice machine allows the home owners to store more ice, which works well for hosting. However, it’s greatest benefit is producing clear ice. If you get ice from your freezer, it likely freezes water from the outside in. That method traps impurities from the air into the center, like odors from other foods in your freezer. That is why you see a cloudy center in most ice you receive from your freezer. Sub-Zero’s ice machine obviously does not have any food in it, but it also shoots ice into an upside down mold, which freezes clean water and lets the impurities drain. Ice from a Sub-Zero ice machine is clear and clean of any impurities.

Appliance Professional John Ritzema helped them choose the appliances.

“The ice makes the drink taste better because it allows the natural beverage flavors to be as the maker intended,” Ritzema said. “With the lack of impurities found in traditional ice cubes, the ice machine’s clear ice does not alter the beverage profile allowing you to taste the product as it was created by the maker.”
